Too many glitches with coins. DISHONEST!

This WAS my fav game until I was stupid enough to spend $20 (+tax) on coins that I didnt get! I emailed tech support multiple time without a response; coins never posted to my account! Really angry !
Now, Coins I win just disappear ... Very irritating. Sometimes, I win & rather than get the points, my balance goes DOWN! Too frequently to be a "glitch" in the game.
